Dry Goods, Merchandise and Clothing Shipping Policy:
All Dry Goods and Clothing will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being processed USPS priority mail.
Live Animal Shipping (within the United States):
All live animals are shipped using Fedex priority overnight shipping. Please do not select USPS for Live Animal shipments as we will be unable to ship with this carrier. Live animals are only shipped Monday-Thursday. When checking out, there is a place under the "shipping" section of checkout where you can put a desired delivery date. This is a request and it is not a guarantee that your order will arrive that day. We will make every effort to meet this request because we like our customers to be happy. If you would like your order to ship the next business day, also please send us an email after you checkout requesting that we ship immediately. We will reply informing you if this is possible. When we ship you will receive a tracking number and confirmation that your animal has been shipped. Someone at your address will be required to sign for the box. Please ensure that someone will be home to receive the package on the delivery day. If we do not receive an email from you that you want us to ship immediately, we will attempt to notify you before we ship. If we do not receive a response from you, we will NOT ship. It is very important that we communicate with you before we ship to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the box. These are live animals and ensuring that the animal arrives in good condition is our highest priority.
Your shipment should arrive by 10:30am. Depending on your location some shipments will be delivered to your door by 12:00 pm Noon. When the shipment is processed a Fedex tracking number is automatically sent to the email address you provided. This will allow you to track you shipment. We do not require a signature because in the past when someone fails to answer the door, the box rides around on the truck all day. So, please check your front porch frequently the morning that your animal is due to be delivered. If you do not receive your shipment by 10:30am, please CALL 1-405-923-6459 to inform us there is a problem. We need to be involved from the beginning to ensure the problem is corrected in a timely manner. A missed shipment is rare but this is not the time to use the convenience of email. We need to help track the shipment, inform Fedex and ensure that the animal arrives to you in good condition. These are live animals and we as the recipient of the shipment you have a responsibility to help ensure they are delivered. If Fedex shows that the box was delivered to your front porch, we will assume that you have received the shipment.
Live Animal Shipping (International Export-$2500 minimum):
We welcome International Orders and are very familiar with export procedures. There is no charge for CITES permits. CITES permits are now available immediately and we are shipping export orders weekly! We have shipped to most countries in the world and we will make it very easy for you. We offer FREE shipping on international orders over $7500 unless the order has already been discounted significantly. All other orders will be shipped for a flat $350. This price covers everything involved on our end of the export including CITES permit, USDA Veterinary Certificate, USFWS Inspection, transport costs, box fees, broker fees, heat/cool packs, and Shipping to your nearest international airport. Please choose "Export Shipping" on checkout. If your order qualifies for FREE shipping please choose the FREE shipping link under the "Custom Shipping Options" link.
Live Animal Shipping(No shipping-Pick up or delivery to show):
If you want to arrange to pick your animal up at our facility, please call during business hours so we can make an appointment for you. Any animal purchased from this site can also be picked up at any of the shows that we attend. Please choose the "No Shipping-Pick Up or Delivery" option at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping.
